Current champions of the Drum ‘n’ Bass scene, Londoners Chase & Status have had three dance chart number ones, whilst debut album More Than A Lot entered the UK dance album chart at number two.
It was End Credits however, a collaboration with fellow Wireless artist Plan B for movie Harry Brown that catapulted them into the limelight, hitting the UK top ten. They subsequently came to the attention of US superstar Rihanna who enlisted their production skills for her Rated R album, the fruits of which include buzz single Wait Your Turn.
Tinie Tempah has gone from underground buzz artist to bona fide pop phenomenon in what seems like no time at all. His number one debut album Disc-overy has sold over half a million copies to date and earned him 2 BRIT Awards - one for Best Single for track Pass Out and the other for Best Breakthrough Artist, both of which were voted for by the public. The album has also spawned 2 number one singles Pass Out (certified Platinum) and Written In The Stars (certified Gold) and 2 top five singles Miami 2 Ibiza and Frisky.
